Where is Ouzouer
| Ouzouer-sur-Loire, as the name suggests, is situated in the Loire valley 75 miles due south of Paris. Ouzouer is in the department of Loiret. The administrative centre of Loiret is the city of Orleans (famous for Joan of Arc) which lies 30 miles to the west of Ouzouer. Orleans is also the capital of the "Centre" region. There are 27 regions which represent the highest level of local government in France. Loiret is one of 6 departments which make up the "Centre" region. |  |
